A Director and Chartered Financial Planner at AKFP Group since 1995, with responsibility for helping our Business Leader clients to plan for and achieve their ideal lives, through the setting of proper life goals. As a result of work with our Business Leaders, and in line with our purpose " To make a difference to people's lives", in 2020 I set up Evolve Simply to teach and coach their Leadership Teams on the implementation of a platform of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs around the world get what they want from their businesses, while increasing the value of their business.

I am a certified Scaling Up Coach, a certified Value Builder, and hold the ExO Foundations Certificate.

Professional Highlights
With a background in financial services, I achieved Chartered status in 2015, a designation held by only a relatively small number of planners. During 2016, I received the ISO 22222 certification, at the same time the firm became BS577, and also qualified as a Registered Life Planner, becoming one of a select group in the UK to hold all qualifications, and the only one in N Ireland. In 2022 we were thrilled to be assessed as a Certfied BCorp, the first Financial Planning firm in Ireland to do so.

Personal Highlights
The highlight that I am most proud of is my beautiful wife and 3 gorgeous daughters,they make my life complete.

I was also Chair and Youth Convenor of Lisnagarvey Hockey Club ( the most successful in Ireland) and a Business Adviser to Young Enterprise NI (a Charity enouraging young entrepeneurs)
