I have spent the majority of my career in large scale capital good manufacturing. Large program account selling, heavy industry manufacturing, organizational development and on-going training were part of my core focuses. Regular intervals of Strategic Planning with a heavy emphasis on Execution. Well versed in OSHA and EPA regulations, as well as effective use of Sales and Operations Planning. The second act of my career included leadership for an IT Services organization.

Professional Highlights
CEO of Cast-Fab Technologies for 15+ years- Large Gray & Ductile Iron Foundry, Plus Plate and Sheet Fabrications- all up to 80,000 pounds. I spent the first 10 years of my time at Cast-Fab in the Sales and Service side of the organization. Long time member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) - this has afforded my some tremendous education opportunities and the ability to learn many lessons from closed session Forum meetings over the years. Investor Member of the Queen City Angels - a Cincinnati based Angel Investing Group. Served on multiple Due Diligence teams. Active Board Member of two For Profit Organizations today, as well as one non-for profit. Currently I am Owner / Operator of B Long Ventures- a coaching / consulting practice for small to medium sized businesses looking to grow (however they define that).

Personal Highlights
Born and raised in Cincinnati. I am married to the love of my life, with three great kids. I enjoy coaching my kids youth sports teams. We enjoy following our city sports teams- both Pro and College. Perennial high handicap golfer who dreams of breaking 88 someday.
