Steve spent more than 30 years in leadership positions in small to large organizations in distribution and manufacturing. Most notable was Steve’s 19 years working for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Throughout his career, he worked with over a thousand companies worldwide in all types of industries. His success in getting the most out of those business relationships was based upon building high levels of trust and a deep commitment to achieving mutually beneficial objectives. Steve has carried his relationship-based approach into his coaching business to assist clients in achieving improvements in all areas of the business while maximizing revenue, profitability, and return on investment. Additionally, Steve brings to his clients best-in-class business practices which he learned and implemented while working with world-renowned manufacturing companies.

Personal Highlights
Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his master’s degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Steve is married and has 3 children, so he knows the importance of achieving a work-life balance. Also, Steve is a five-time Ironman finisher and plans to complete more races.
