Ted Bonel is a Scaling Up Coach in Brisbane and the Founder and CEO of Strategy & Execution Advisors, a consulting firm specialising in mid-market companies which are already - or aim to be - sustainable, fast growing companies in their industry.

With the practical experience of owning & scaling multiple business, combined with more than 20 years of coaching, Ted has been driven by a relentless passion for learning and helping business leaders develop and execute strategy to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Ted works with leaders and organisations across Australia in all industries and sectors in the areas of strategic planning, marketing strategies, business development, and operational improvement.

Ted’s approach to working with clients is as unique as his specialized focus. Always seeking to challenge clients’ thinking – but equally unafraid to roll up his sleeves and help execute the ideas generated.

His philosophy is that no matter how brilliant a strategy is crafted, it has absolutely no value until it is translated into execution. Ted has an Honors Degree in Engineering (enabling both critical & systems thinking in problem solving) and is an Experienced Chair & Company Director (enabling a holistic view of various stakeholders needs, governance implementation & mentoring CEO’s).
