About
As former owner of a mid-market growth firm in the medical device industry, Tim Wiley is an experienced executive who is an entrepreneur at heart. Having started two business before college, Tim honed his sales and management skills for both corporate and independent companies, ultimately owning an independent medical device distributorship for ten years prior to sale.

Nearly doubling sales to $102M in eight years, he developed top ranking strategies for sales and operations, achieving record profits for both his business and Zimmer. Aggregate ranking over a ten year period was #4 out of 32 territories. Successfully managed over $240M of inventory with unique distribution patterns. Grew to over 90 employees, developed 80% of management team in-house, and employee retention was exceptionally high.
Held sales and management positions in prior roles in healthcare (J&J, Sterile Design, C.R Bard) and transportation (PIE, Nationwide) fields. Earned at least one promotion in every position held.
Personal Highlights
Born in Michigan and raised mostly in Indiana, Tim is family-focused with an emphasis on lake activities, travel and reunions. Love the outdoors, sporting events, traveling near and abroad (nearly a dozen countries), and supporting my wife’s philanthropy. Three grown children have all earned professional degrees in healthcare and now care for people, children and animals.
