This work gives me deep exposure to a range of industries, team dynamics, successes and challenges. I have been active in this field for over 22 years. Now a Certified Scaling Up coach, I was a Founding Member of Pinnacle Business Guides and a Certified EOS Implementer. Other relevant tools I bring are certification in Leadership Circle (full suite), Creative Problem Solving, and Immunity to Change.

My broad professional background includes executive coaching, marketing, sales, technical training, experiential education and university teaching.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in organizational development and human resource management from the University of Illinois. I was an instructor with the North Carolina Outward Bound School.

Personal Highlights
When not asking questions, I read, play guitar, cook, listen to jazz music, watch movies and share ideas with others. I live in Metro Detroit with my wife Samantha – a successful independent Talent Advisor – and with two energetic Labrador retrievers, Gershwin and Seuss.
