A seasoned global leader with over 45 years' experience in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions primarily in the facilities management and corporate real estate markets. A founding member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Private Directors Association, former Director of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the COO Forum, member of the OSCRE Product Board and IFMA. Experienced as an executive coach focusing on the CEO / Visionary and COO / Integrator roles.

Professional Highlights
Tracy started his career in his mid teens when personal computers where a new technology by performing programming for local businesses. By age 18 he was a senior programmer/analyst for a software company but by the late 80's moved more into the business side of technology. He has held roles including the CEO of a consulting firm, COO of a global software firm, and various leadership roles in marketing and business development.

He has been involved as part of the EOS community since 2012, and is excited to help those organizations make the leap to the next level with Scaling Up.

Tracy has a large following on social media where he is known for his commentary on coaching topics, sustainability, and technology in the corporate real estate arena. He has been designated as an IBM Champion since 2021.

One of the most enjoyable part of his professional work is acting as a mentor whether to young people just starting their careers or senior level executives working towards exiting their business. Helping someone create a road map and achieve their goals is very satisfactory.

Personal Highlights
Tracy is an avid outdoorsman and the LGBTQ Outdoors organization's ambassador for the State of Florida. His hobbies includes sailing, boating, SCUBA, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and global travel.

He has three kids on three continents which means spending a lot of time in Thailand and Argentina, where he is a proud grandfather in a multi-cultural family whether it's grandpa, abu, or ปู่. The grandkids refer to him as the "fun grandpa" who always takes them on adventures!

Since his teens Tracy has lived by the motto: "Never go to bed at night without being able to say I learned something new today". This is reflected in the fact he was taking college courses starting at age 15 while simultaneously attending high school full time.
